My day job is actually a night job — I’m copy editor at a South Mississippi newspaper. I’m also an adopted Southerner, Ole Miss Alumnus and former Goth kid. I acknowledge that the world could exist without punk rock, impracticable eye shadow and glittery nail polish, I’m just not sure that’s a world I’d want to live in.
